These type of questions are psychological brain washers that instil/implant an idea in the minds of the unsuspecting, without stating what is to be subconsciously believed. This is called neuro-linguistic brainwashing.
By replying and singing praises of Dr Ambedkar, the greater you make him, the greater will you be making Mr Gandhi without you even realisng it.
By replying in the standard way, you end up in agreement with the questioner that Ambedkar was the greatest ONLY AFTER GANDHI, making Gandhi without doubt the greatest.
The questioner has an OBVIOUS MOTIVE, to promote Gandhi using deception.
